A Letter of Authorization is used as a legally binding document stating Twilio is authorized to enable a capability on our platform using your number(s). Hosted Number Orders and service addresses are listed on the Letter of Authorization so that Twilio has a record of end-users who are authorized to enable these capabilities on the phone numbers.
